Wayne Webster has been involved with real estate properties for over thirty years, and has accumulated significant experience investing, renovating, operating, managing and owning properties, both in Canada and in Europe.
Wayne is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ontario, Canada, with an undergraduate degree is in Mechanical Engineering and graduate degree in Business Administration. Wayne spent ten years in consulting engineering offices performing Mechanical Design for buildings, was responsible for a five member team, and became a Designated Consulting Engineer. He also spent over sixteen years in Policy & Research for Canada’s housing agency (CMHC), with primary focus in energy and affordability.
Wayne is husband to Katherine; father to Kerri, John and Steven; and grandpa to Josiah, Abigail, Ethan, Connor, Andrea, Emily, Grayson and Harrison. He is the President of four companies and has an ongoing and active involvement with several Christian ministries. Wayne became a follower of Christ in the mid-sixties after a family tragedy caused him to reflect on fundamental life issues.
